XxdeadshotxX Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi i have tried to run a simulation but it gives me this error code. Tried to off and on the PLC with my lecturer but nothing helps. Sometimes it cant even connect to my virtual PLC when im trying to start search in extended device pop out. Tried to reinstall the software but nothing works. Please advice thanks. Currently running Windows 10 pro and have a 64 RAM available and there's a lot of storage in my SSD too. Attachment Capture.PNG (516 Downloads)

Hello XxdeadshotxX, I hope your following procedure which mentioned in this link. It will be more helpful if attached image for software insatlled on your PC. Portal View-->>Installed Software. XxdeadshotxX Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	ok when i'm inside the extended download to device pop up i could connect to the CPU for a short while only. And when i press load button when its connected the same error pop up came back. And when i press the 'go online' button, it when disconnected again.

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 11/15/2024 Posts: 15402 Rating: (2443)	When attempting to connect (shown in your first posted image), instead of connecting direct @ '1 X1', use the "try all interfaces" option. For testing purposes only - since you have not installed latest updates to V15, try launching TIA Portal as local admin, and manually launch PLCsim using local admin account. Or, try updating your software with latest updates and see if the problem goes away. Kindly check once again the simulator which you installed is the same version of installed software. Software is if 1. TIA 15 then Sim should be TIA 15 2. TIA 15.1 then Sim should be TIA 15.1 Video File Br, AmolG
