Hi, I have a Wincc 7.5 SP1 UDP 5 Configured as Client Server. I'm having problems with the graphic runtime sometimes it stops responding and I don't know why? what I can see is that the PdlRt.exe process when it works well consumes 143848KB of ram memory but when it stops responding 1311MB... To solve the problem I close the PdlrT.exe WITHOUT STOPPING THE RUNTIME and it works again. Well.

Does it cause any problems accessing the server via RDP? |

Hi again, As you will be able to verify in the links attached below, remote access via RDP to WinCC servers or engineering stations (ES) is not released, since it can bring down the services that WinCC has as a server. How can you remotely access WinCC stations (WinCC V7 / Professional)? Note: - In WinCC V7, the only exception to being able to access a server via RDP (as indicated in the last link) is if the project is configured as Service mode. Finally, and as indicated in the first attached link, if you have accessed at any time a station with WinCC server services, it would be necessary to stop the access via RDP and restart the PC completely so that these services are restored. |
A rating will be well appreciated. |

Thanks for answering itafusna I have checked the configurations, the server is configured as service mode... The only account that accesses via RDP is the "Scada" account and it is configured within the Simatic HMI group. Attached Images of the configuration.
