For indirect addressing using SCL, you can use the instructions

• POKE - Write memory address
• POKE_BOOL - Write memory bit
• PEEK - Read memory address
• PEEK_BOOL - Read memory bit
• POKE_BLK - Write memory area

However, it is recommended to work with data blocks instead of bit memory. Using an array variable there also allows indirect addressing, but in a simpler way. See programming recommendations and Programming Guideline for S7-1200/S7-1500.

I'd say it's recommended to think in terms of data structures instead of data blocks.
