In my shutters project https://support.industry.siemens.com/forum/WW/en/posts/shutters-project-question/213311/?page=1&pageSize=10#post1106290 I attach also below, I manipulate a shutter based on temperature variation. If you look closely, at each I1 I2 I3 there is a WIPING RELAY B027 B028 B029. This relay is set at 2 seconds. There is a reason for that. That is because if you start the program with I1,I2,I3 off, (simulating an outage during movement.) and you turn I1 on (like you are supposed to do, within 12 seconds) and you had set the relay at 1 second, you get a failure. A small time is needed so that it sets M1 ON for a split second as movement of shutter might be imminent. For Failure rules see top right, FAILURE B084. Basically you can't have M1 STOP, Q2 UP, Q3 DOWN operating simultaneously. For initialization see INITIALISATION B151. Basically it cuts everything for 12 seconds and turns on Q2 UP until I1 top is active. Using the cycle menu I get nothing, this is instantaneous. If it is instantaneous why the 2 seconds then? Can someone find me the trace I am missing? AttachmentΗλιακός V4fina ++l with sensors.zip (337 Downloads) |
