Dear Experts,

I am trying to import project from Tia selection tool by using TIA Portal V15.1 but once the import process beginning i got the error message as shown in the attached picture .

Please how can i solve this problem ? .

Have you included your user in the TIA Openness group?

To do so you must open the Device Administration of your PC > User and local groups > Groups > Siemens TIA Openness > Add > Advanced options > Search now and add your user

Once this is done, restart your PC and try to do it again.
