Hi, From what I understand, the new PXC4 and PXC5 controllers are currently best suited for small projects/integrations. The range will be expanded over time, and with this should come larger capacity devices that would be better suited to your application. We faced a similar capacity issue with a PXC4.E16 recently. The controller is capable of using 40 physical I/Os, and 40 Modbus points. Trend Logs are limited to 40 - so full logging wasn't possible. BA objects are limited to 300 (262 used, just with the 80 points) - which doesn't leave much space for anything else. We simply blame the sales-person. Although the controller limits are not published on the individual controller data sheets, the limits are however published in document A6V11973797 (PXC4 & PXC5 Planning Overview). See HERE. (Page 10). Regards, |

Hope Siemens upgrade firmware for PXC4, PXC5 to solve this limitation. David |
