MM420 with factory settings doesn't start

I've reseted settings, have connected analog input signal and first discrete signal. in the diagram of starter value of setpoints stops in Ramp-function generator, what can be the problem? Also, look on the expert list at the final setpoint value, sometimes, the graphic screens don't update even when the status cycle times are set, or immediately is clicked. Look at r1119 & r1170.
