I want to read data from an INIM compact fire alarm device connected to s7-1200 TIA portal V16 through Modbus TCP/IP port. I used Modbus client function. status is 7006 that show I should receive the data, but I don't receive data. I tried to receive the data with "Modbus Poll " software then I received it (from device) . 

Can anyone help to solve the problem?

Do you record the STATUS when ERROR is activated? Keep in mind that ERROR show up only for one scan. A status starting with 16#8xxx is an alarm state while anything else is information.

Consider also to put a counter to the DONE state. This would confirm that the communication block did do its task. Triggering a communication block only by a timer pulse is not recommended. It is best to also track that there were a DONE or ERROR state in the last communication attempt.

The use of TRACES can also help to track changes in the communication states by recording the information in a graph.

We can make no comment on the validity of the code since we do not see the whole project. We also do not have any knowledge (no user manual) of the device you attempt to communicate with.

I added INIM Fire alarm user manual. U can find Description about Modbus in it. 

Whole of the PLC Programming is just the Modbus client function. the project is just for communication with Fire Alarm set. I changed the "REQ" input to combination with " Done " & "Error ". As you can see in the screen shots of online program, the status of the function is "7006 " and "BUSY" is ON. As you can see in "modbus4" screen shot, "Done" isn't set so the data isn't completely received.
