Hello ssamber; Here is a solution provided by Siemens, using the Simatic Net OPC UA server, a S7-300 CPU and a CP 343-1 Ethernet communication processor. Individual programmed Signaling System Based on the SIMATIC NET OPC Alarm and Event/OPC UA Server You will find in the link above many documents describing different portions of the soution and hints on programming the OPC UA client with C# (no JAVA solution unfortunately, but you should get a god idea of the requirements). Attached below are the suggested part numbers of the hardware and software required by this solution. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello Saurabh; Unfortunately, no and no. The Java/OPC UA link I proposed in my last post was thios one, again (in a different format): http://opcfoundation.github.io/UA-Java/ And in an attachjement I paosted earlier you will finsd the p^roduct number of the Simatic Net version you will need to work with OPC UA and a CP 343-1. You cannot download this software freely. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
