Problem Communicating Laptop to CP343-1

PLC LOVER Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Hi, Good morning, I'm new to this forum and I think this forum could help me solve my problem, I'm currently having problem communicating my laptop with S7300 Cp. I'm trying to communicate through ordinary LAN as well as using a cross cable directly to the CP343-1. At first atempt I can communicate and monitor the status of my program inside the PLC, but after I terminate it and tries to monitor again communication can't established. Communication is no problem when I'm using USB MPI adapter. Windows firewall is already turn off in my laptop but still doesn't work for ethernet. I'm using s75.4. I know there are lot of best people here who could help me. PS I can still ping the IP adress of the CP with response but still can't established the communication on the second attemt. Even increasing the communication monitoring timeout still can't help. Thank you very much in advance. Warm regards, Rey

PLC LOVER Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Hi Aret, I just turn off the monitor button on step7 without unplugging of the network cable. I can see only the name of my cpu but cp is not display. Under the cpu is block but when i try to look on it the error cant established connection appears again. I try to ping the ip address of the cp and still there is response. PLC LOVER Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Hi Aret, 1) I don't know that much how to count the configured communication your asking to me but I do have a cpu 317-2dp and cp343-1. I dont connect yet any signal modules. 2) I just monitoring on the Lad/Stl editor just turning on and off the glass, I'm not monitoring on the variable table. 3) I don't understand this one, sorry because i'm only a begginer in this field but I hope we can solve this.

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (264)	1) Check in HWKonfig ->CPU->Properties->Communication. Try enter 4 for every communication mentioned. 3) I mean is there any other device(s) in your TCP network - or just PG and PLC?

PLC LOVER Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Hi Aret, Thank you for your patience, I already set it to all 4 the communication to pg,op,and number of configured connection. The setting was 1,1,0 respectively before change them to 4. There are lot of computers connected to the network I just plug my spare cpu to one of the available hub here, but maybe thats not a problem because even trying to connect using a cross cable directly to the cpu still the problem exist.
