Problem installing MICRO/WIN

I've downloaded Microwin package which include SP8 and SP9 but during installation it searched for previous versions and I can not finish installation as there is no previous version installed on my PC. I searched in the forum and found suggestion like copy bin folder from previous version from another PC and copy it to your hard disk, then locate it during installation. Is this the only solution? Where can I find previous installation of the Microwin on the web/
