How do you synchronize the time of the HMI Basic Panel with an S7-1200 PLC?

This is pretty easy in an SCL program:

"pulseTimerLow".TON(IN := NOT "pulseTimerHigh".Q, PT := T#50ms);

"pulseTimerHigh".TP(IN := "pulseTimerLow".Q, PT := T#50ms);

 Explanation for usage:

The Q output of the "pulseTimerHigh" is what you will use to get your 10hz signal.

As you can see in the attached image it outputs a nice square wave.  

As long as both timers have the same PT value it will always put out a square wave.
