hello i have an problem with DESIGO INSIGHT VERSION 4.1

IT show communication error for all system 

the massage error ( unable to release the data point into autimation atate . 

error code :  6002

( system id : sysid : 400.5255852720

reason : PDX_E_NOT_CONNECTED : Request was launched on a site , which is not connected 

and always when i start DESIGO INSIGHT it show error message 

( DESIGO INSIGHT Connection failed ) 

Site : A 

Failure : physical connection failure .

 ANY ONE CAN HELP ME FOR THAT PLEASE
