the Reg settings are only for a 32bit Windows System.

If you scroll down the document you linked you will find this note:

Note on Windows 7 64 Bit
In Windows 7 64 Bit the device driver is not in the Registry but it is available as an XML file in the following directory:

• "C:\ProgramData\Siemens\Automation\Simatic OAM\data\LogDevices".

in parameter setting i can choose any selection i want, but i dont find tat on simatic manager window, aloso i can't connect to any plc.

i remembre at using TIA V13, i configured an PC station With OPC server, and i changed to PC internal to load configuration on Station Confiuration, it would not be the problem by chance ??

Ist the interface for the OPC connection set to PG Mode?
Can you provide a screen of this communication settings?

yes sir, on TIA i Set PC Internal to download my Configuration on Station Configurator, and i changed later to ethernet to download at a S7-1200, the problem is not on TIA beacause i can change Set parameter (ethernet/ pc adapter) like i want but it stil on Step7 V5.5. 

this it a pic of my pg/pc parameter set, i really not nderstands what i did wrong using TIA V13.

can you try to start Step7 V5,5 with the option "Run as Administrator" and check if then the settings displayed?

it's getting worse, after uninstall all Siemens software from my pc and re-installating only step7 v5.5,there is no entry in parameter PG / PC interface
