Any idea what is practical meaning and how to resolve the warning during compilation?

I read description in the manual but not quite understand it.

From high level my understanding is the following - i want PLC to assign names to profinet devices during first boot  and then they are kept on the devices. Cannot see anything obvious when looking at the network view.
