AutoGen_997053 Regular Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 11/6/2024 Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	Hi, After configured a remote SQL server and created new HDB in SMC we got the following error in HDBWriter manager : BCP_DONE Alarmlog - Error (AlarmLog) SQLState = 42000, NativeError=50000, Msq=[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]bcp error in AILO with suppressed trace (AlarmLog) SQLState = 42000, NativeError=50000, Msq=[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]bcp error in TiSe with suppressed trace any advise how to solve this issue? Gold Expert Joined: 11/8/2017 Last visit: 11/12/2024 Posts: 341 Rating: (195)	Hi, If you're not using a domain controller, have you ensured that the Windows user accounts are added to both Desigo and SQL servers using the same password and access rights? Were you able to successfully link CC to the SQL server from with SMC > History Infrastructure? If so, when you created the new HDB, did you ensure that the folder paths exist on the SQL server's hard disk? (i.e. C:\GMSDATABASES). What version of SQL are you using on the SQL server? On the CC server (not the SQL server), the video makes reference to installing SQL items in a certain order. First, install SQL 2012 Native Client. Second, install SQL 2014 System CLR Types. Last, install SQL 2014 Management objects. Has this been done correctly? It would be useful if you could post some screen shots showing the setup in the SMC. Regards,

AutoGen_997053 Regular Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 11/6/2024 Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	Hello, Thanks for your support. the problem was because that client downgraded the SQL from 2014 to 2012. he was using SQL 2014 express (the one came with CC installation file) and when they moved to remote a SQL they downgraded it to SQL 2012. the HDB is connected to Desigo CC but without read/write function we reinstall SQL 2014 on the remote server and all things go well.
