I have Siemens S7-1200 CPU 1214C. The Run LED is ON and Error LED is Flashing. Some inputs and outputs are also working but some are not. how can i resolve this issue.

1.) post a topic only once and not 10 identical topics!

Go online to the PLC and open the Online&Diagnostics, here you get a obverview of the PLC,

you can see which error is present and in the diagnostic buffer you can see more informations about

the reasons of the error.

Please attach the screen of the diagnostic state and a copy of the Diagnostic buffer, so we can help you to locate the error exactly and solve it.

And provide exactly Information which PLC you use, Which MLFB which FW Version and Which TIA Portal Version do you use!

no with Step7 V5 is not possible to do a right diagnostic for the S7-1200.

You should install TIA Portal for this.

Depends on which PLC you have and which FW Version (i have asked for, you not answered!)

you need the right version of TIA Portal.

Easy way is to download the TIA TRIAL Version and diagnostic the PLC.

You only need the TIA Basic for the S7-1200.

But if you haven't TIA Portal at the moment then i think you haven't programming and load the PLC, so you should contact the persion which have done this for help.

the exact FW Version you can only read out from PLC online, offline is not possible.
The CPU you named support FW Version from V1.0 - V2.2.

Yes the diagnostic can read with a direct connection between PLC and PC.

Hello,

connect the PLC with a Ethernet Cable to a Network interface of the PC.

Configure for the PC a IP Adress in the same Subnet like the PLC.

Start accessible nodes in TIA , select the found PLC and click "display"

The open "Online&Diagnostics" , here you can show the diagnostic buffer.

if you start the accessible nodes´a MAC Broadcast is used to detect the connected device.

Then the devices displayed with the actual configured IP, here you can see the IP.

have you do this and yes if any device found ? (Please attach a screenshot of it)
