1024 bytes * 8 bits = total 8192 bits for input and 8192 for output discrete signals.

The same story with analog signals - 512 analog signals each.

This is all theoretical maximum, and everything that you wrote is included in it.

2nd: yes,I will use this one 6ES7215-1AG40-0XB0 

3rd: I usually use S7-1200 with 8 IO module only (it's my first time to use ET200 SP  and hesitate if system will work good or not)

Because of low budget I selected S7-1200 instead of S7-1500

( I recommend S7-1500 but the budget)

2 ND:  I will provide technical offer to customer to approve (but I don't want to Reject technically)

(I have competitor use Schneider PLC , you know Schneider is cheaper than Siemens)

Cheaper does not mean more reliable and safer

The difference is in specific functions that are not always needed.

Yes, they have a difference in speed, by the way, you will have to pay for a flash card (for 1500), so the price will be higher.

Again, it all depends on those processes, for example, if it is not critical to the response time of the system, for example - up to 20-30 ms an error in signal processing and control output is allowed, then 1200 is suitable.
