Are you able to create the instance and download the project from TIA Portal? If so, does that behaviour happen with any project? Have you tried to reinstall PLCSim Advanced? Br, Cocolino

Br, Cocolino Hello Cocolino, I can not create an instance at 1st place. When i trie to add an instance it says there is time-out error. I tried to reinstall with Admin rights & also start the application with admin rights. Still, it does not work.

Please (if you haven't already) try to download the Trial version from the SIOS, completely uninstall the software and install it from the downloaded .iso: SIMATIC S7-PLCSIM Advanced V4.0 TRIAL download Does this help?

SimulationRuntimeException: Error Code: -48, CommunicationlnterfaceNotAvailable S7-PLCSIM Advanced Control Panel Just starting PLCSIM Advanced Control Panel as Administrator was sufficient to avoid this error.
