Scaling an danfoss aks33 sensor 4-20mA

Jeroen_dutch Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm trying to scale to danfoss pressure transmitters in my logo program so I can use the realworld values is a PI controller. One transmitter has the range of 0/25Bar with a 4-20mA output and the other transmitter a range of -1/20Bar with a 4-20mA output. Here is some data of the transmitters :http://www.mark-off.ru/fam/eqpmnt/other%20eqpmnt/danfoss/Danfoss%20Cat%202000/02English/RD5GH302.pdf When I set the analoge amplifier to sensor type 4-20mA and to the range of the transmitters is say this is not compatible with a gain/offset. Can somebody help me to get this right, thanks in advance from a new to logo programming guy :)

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, here an example for both sensors. Range is 0..25Bar and -1..20Bar. If you delete each second Analog Amplifier in the line, then the range is 0..250 and -10..200. Hope this helps Attachment Scalling 4..20mA.zip (583 Downloads)

Fux Posts: 661 Rating: (123)	If you cannotrepresentthe value range because of internal calculation, -> minimize the calculation error. If 0-25 Bar can only be defined as 0-24 Bar (1Bar difference), use a better resolution. -1 to 2503 would be suitable here. So you have shifted the calculation error tothe second decimal place and it doesn´t matter any more. Attachment Scaling 4..20mA_2.zip (580 Downloads)
