I Have a sensor that gives output  
High > 5 V 
low   > 0 V 
Will the plc inputs will work with that voltage
 or should I have amplify  it  before give it to plc inputs  ?

I would say 28.8 VDC as the CPU power, but I'm not 100% sure.

If some other guys know the exact value......

why not simply use analog input, and then make the process of getting "1" inside the program with the result obtained with the PIW?.   >> if (PIWx > 1000) then x := 1; else x:=0; end_if

 Max Voltage (minimum) is 15 Volt, they doesn't mention the maximum
