set and reset bit in multiple array elements

Is it possible to set or reset a single bit in all of those 54 elements with one function? For example: in a stop scenario i need to reset all the "enable bits" Stop=1 --> Reset "enable" bit 2 of array element 0..53 With kind regards Gilles
