There is no tool that allows conversion of APT programs to S7. You would need to rewrite the application.

if you are using a lot of SFC in APT and you also need a visualisation system, you may want to consider using a PCS7 light version, which would allow to develop a software solution that is closer to the original APT code.

Alternatively you could consider using the New Janus CPU from CTI which is also programmed in an IEC 61131 programming environment.

Here some parts of the APT code could be imported but still some manual work would need to be done.
