I have a question regarding Simocode pro V PN. Customer will send via Profinet communication External trip signal (Safety trip). Safety Integrity Level is specified to SIL1. In attachment I have added my drawing. Page one - solution with Simocode basic unit, second page - part from manual where solution with PROFIsafe module is mentioned. Can you please advice me, if my solution is good? Simocode will read the Safety trip bit, in case of trip signal it will open OUT3. There will also be condition: no Profinet communication - open OUT3. Local operation will not be allowed. I am also interested in solution with PROFIsafe module, what would be the advantage of this solution? Can I use miniature circuit breaker (-F01) to protect the circuit or is it prohibited?
