Hi there, did you find a solution to your problem, I am programming a dcm for iron lifting but I am not doing any steps forward, can you help me? We have a Dcm , and for some reason we can magnetize , but not enough cause we don’t know exactly how much current in DC and for how long we have to give. There is another dcm in the same factory and i am trying to emulate the behaviur. The magnet connected to this dcm that another company programmed has an equivalent resistance of 5ohm (they are 4 magnet on parallel) and I saw in the the software of the DCM drive that another programmer did , that current is set at 80A and voltage 400V. Plc gives a 3,5 second o pulse to the Siemens drive and their magnet works. My magnet is 3.3 ohm cause i have 2 of 6.6 in parallel, i don't know what current and voltage to transfer, also i see that dcm only control current if i put 3 in the FEM MODE.
