Simotion CX32 pb/pn clock cycle synchronous operation sign-of-life failure fault

tamer.yakout Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	I have Simotion D extension module CX32 is used in simocrane application for controlling Trolley /Boom /Gantry when I switch over from gantry to trolley it sometimes working probably and othertimes fault:F01912 pb/pn clock cycle synchronous operation sign-of-life failure::I followed the remedy instructions and did the following A - I tried to increase parameter P925 "check the permissible telegram failure rate" to its max value to elimenate fault and already fault disappeared but at sometimes drive status word 1 , bit 6 "switch on inhibit activated" so no ready signal is sent to plc so I returned the valve again to its original value 1.B - I tried to increase Tdp time from 3ms to 4ms but problem still active..please help

If yes then check the device systemvariable stateOfDpInterfaceSynchronization on the SIMOTION D. This variable should have the value "DP_INTERFACES_SYNCHRONIZED" Regards Christoph

tamer.yakout Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	I checked the valve of state of Dp slave interfacefor a nother simocrane application and found it"DP_slave_Not_Synchronized"but the crane is working properly soit maynot be the reason. also I want to know how I can call enable synchronization function
