Simovert VC drive dc link fluctate

saloo4pro Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear sir we have a simovert VC drive that was functioning well since long time, recently we are facing problem of trpping, monitored the fault with drive monitor, it shows first DC link voltages disturbed . means up and down DC link, which caused disturbed phases, and then dumped every thing to stop, After resetting drives functions smoothly upto a random(can't link to anything happening) period of time and this happens again, (checked for harmonics but found no clue to the input power harmonics), checked for earthing, loosing, motor test etc. Any idea?

Have you practically measured DC voltage at terminals DC+ & DC-? Please measure & compare with display value. Measure & confirm the balance AC current at 3 phase AC input side of drive.
