I have a lap-top running Step 7 v5.7 that I use to maintain a number of PLCs, but we have a vendor supplied piece of equipment that includes two S7-400 PLCs and a TP1500 Comfort HMI. I can use my copy of S7 to communicate with the 400 series PLC, but I don't have a copy of WinCC for working with the HMI. I've been told that I need to use TIA to achieve this. I have a .zap15 file for the HMI, as well as a .ver file for the HMI.

What version of TIA would be best for basic maintenance, such as disaster recovery for the HMI and communicating with 300 and 400 PLCs? Any advice would be most helpful.
