Hello, I have also suggestions: Check "C:\program files\siemens\WINCC\Diagnose" for list of object with same name.You can go to cross refernce of WINCC manually change them or just go to place and change the properties of the object that caused the problem. Upload ".pdl" files here for more checks Best regards Hamid Hosseini

RetroK, the jpg that you attached speaks for itself, open file c:\program files\siemens\wincc\diagnose\rcl_0002.txt and you'll see a list of objects with the same name. All objects before the last one of the list should be renamed. Or you check all names of your objects in the screen and try to rename manually. You could also post your picture as attachment here, so others can try to check your picture for related errors.

TerminalBuzz Silver Member Joined: 11/4/2011 Last visit: 8/25/2024 Posts: 253 Rating: (53)	RetroK, there is one tip if you have difficulties in finding those objects directly on the Picture First, make all layers visible (menu View -> Layers...). Open Object Properties of any object ^{(even the Picture itself)}. Go to the Object Name field in the upper right corner and click the down-arrow button ^{(see the attachment)}. You would get a list of all objects of the current Picture ^{(sorted by A/Z)}, even those that are located on the hidden layers. You can type the first letters of the name to find the object faster. By clicking the item in a list the corresponding object will be selected on the screen. Attachment Graphics Designer. Object Properties.jpg (197 Downloads)

When I open that pdl file in graphic designer. Pop up message that I attached file. I don't know what is the reason. Latest update is Update 5 for WinCC V7.0 SP3 und WinCC V7.0 SP3 ASIA I remember a similar issue getting fixed by update 5 for V7.0 SP2. As noticed a few times before, sometimes issues fixed for V7.0 SP2 can be an issue again in V7.0 SP3.

billwest Posts: 510 Rating: (119)	The message says you have multiple objects with the same name. WinCC V7.0 SP3 doesn't recognize a difference in case. So "myobject" and "MyObject" are viewed as the same name. Review the object on the PDL and make sure the names are unique excluding differences in upper and lower case. Good Luck billwest

I think there is no korean langage in 2003. and All Korean object name. changed like this =>'??9' So I change all Object name in English.
