WinCC-S7,timestamp alarm logging

JeroenB Posts: 15 Rating: (2)	Hi, My problem: I'm using S7 Manager V5.3 with WinCC V6.0 SP4. The PLC (317-2DP/PN) system time is updated every hour by the WinCC time. I'm using the SFC17,19 for the alarm logging (alarm_s). But the time-stamp i receive on the alarm control is the actual time + 1h. The PC local time is set at GMT +1h (Brussels) so we also have the winter-summertime change. I've searched the forum for this topic and i've found some related topics, but still...1h difference. Can you help me with this? Kind regards, JeroenB

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi Jeroen, your S7- CPU always runs in Wintertime, WinCC will add during summertime 1h => so your S7 will handover your alarms in wintertime (always) => just search the FAQs for "time synchronization wincc" http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/17811102 I am not sure, whether this regkey is still valid for your wincc version http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/7604251 You should use your S7-CPU as time master..... nemo
