I have a PLC 1215C. I use TIA V13 sp1 update 9.

- With HMI : i can active and control my PLC.

- but With WINCCruntime : i connected, complied, runtime ok,set PG/PC ok, But i can't control my PLC in runtime.

Please help me, thanks all !

 please post a screen of your PG/PC Settings and the properties of the HMI Connection.

I checked connection HMI, 

Access poit : It is BLANK, then i change REALTECK PCIe.

Now, it  working OK...
