There is an objection when work with RD_SYS_T: Read time-of-day.

it supplies "Date and time of CPU" totally so if we need to "hour" only, we could not use it. Is there any solution to solve it?

e.g. we'd like to active one output at 23:59:59 or count a pump runtime every secounds.
