Why am I having trouble with this is TIA16?

I seem to be able to select the PLC tag as output by browsing.

But it results in a dublicate tagname in the HMI taglist or reuses the HMI tag which was in there prior to selecting a PLC tag.

Writing the name directly into the output gives "red" error.

how can i send current user name form hmi  system tag move to  plc (DB block or plc tag) 

when using Runtime Advanced or a panel, you can use a scheduled task with the trigger "User change". This task has the event "Update" and there you can call the system function "GetUserName" to write the name of the current user to a (PLC-) tag.

The example posted by @bhipune is for WinCC Professional.
