Hi Ravi, 1. it is also possible to read thediagnosis from a module with SFC59.On SFC59 you have to give the module addresson parameter LADDR. On parameter IOID you have to givethe information whether it is an input or an output address. 2. The logical base address is the diagnostic address in hardware configuration. 3. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/1214574: In chapter 33 you can find a detailed description of the ssls. Have fun. [:)] Tomcat |

Hi Ravi, The manuals with the diagnostic datas you can find here: IM153-2: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/1142798/0/en - in Chapter 6.4 SM 338: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/8859629/0/en - in Appendix B If you need another manual then you can try to find it in product support: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/4000024 In search-field you can write your module and then click "Only manuals/operating instructions" on left side. Here I have found both manuals above. By the way: There are very nice Addons to read diagnosis from CPU and DP-Slaves in WinCC at Runtime: |
