Can you help? I have a TSII modem installed on an installation in Spainon S7-300 CPU the customer does not have access to a telephone line for us to be able to do minor mods whilst commissioning. I would like to send out to him a GSM Modem that he can plug in and then support him over. Do you have any documentation or recommendations to be able to carry this out? I am looking in to Westermo modems at the moment but wondered if this has already been done and if so is there a data sheet available?
