At first, the red SF-LED of the Siwarex M module has to be OFF.

If so, you can use the attached file for a calibration.

 i have 4 load cell each on 1000kg i put 200kg in step No. 10 as per attached file. to do step 15 i put 200kg to scale. is it?

Sorry, but I can’t see an attached file.

Anyway, if the red SF LED is on, you can’t do a calibration!

Do you have another Siwarex M module?

Can you exchange for a test the Siwarex M module?

Maybe the Siwarex M module is damaged.

Which voltages (unit: VDC) can you measure at the Siwarex M module between the pins:

- 19 and 17 ?

- 19 and 18 ?

- 20 and 17 ?

- 20 and 18 ?
