hi everyone

i am using Smart 700 IE V4 6AV6647-0AE11-3AX0 HMI

i used a usb to back up the file

now i got a new one trying to restore the file, when i select the usb, i can't see the file to continue with the restoring 

but when i view from laptop i could see there is file inside

please what can i do?
