840D controlled machine alarm 300501

As soon as the processing program is loaded and starts to run, errors 25201, 300501 appear along the axis of rotation of the spindle (module 6SN1123-1AB00-0CA1). What could be the problem if in manual mode the spindle rotates normally and there are no errors !!!????? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from simodrive 611 alarm 300501.

MS_PL Member Joined: 8/26/2019 Last visit: 10/18/2023 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	In the machine I was using, all the errors were due to improper work of the 6SN1123. The module went to a service specializing in Simodrive and was repaired. I recommend that you first send the 6SN1123 to such a service that it will be tested on a test stand. Otherwise you will get tired of trying to repair. The problem was reportedly a damaged IGBT module and driver, which made the drive work uneven and in the automatic mode the CNC detected it as an error.

Also I need your machine detail story --such as it is running machine you got operator report for those alarm when run automation, or YOU ARE DOING commissioning?--which will be completely different answers See another member already answer you. now I can give you suggestion on my guessing basis Replaced spindle drive module 1st then control card to see what happen.
