We have an actuator sqv91p30 in our project , we are using in combination with vpf43.50f16 picv valve ,

We are using the actuator as modulating one , we followed wiring accordingly ,after the initialization, while giving command to open 100%, the actuator retracts  in a way that it disengages the valve stem 

Need assistance to sort this out

Maybe the automatic engagement does not work properly. I would propose to try a manual engagement: Extend the stem by using the manual adjuster until the coupling engages completely.

If that does not help, something might be wrong with the valve. In that case please create a Support Request:

As per the documentation, during startup,when we give power for the first time , the actuator will determine the stroke lengths by itself and adjust according to it , if not we can manually adjust it, we did manual adjustments as well,

What happens is when we give a 100% open command, the actuator retracts to a position that it disengages with the valve stem 

If the 3rd position is reached, but the disengagement still happens, we will have to check the spindle head dimensions. In order to do so, I am kindly asking you to open a Support Request.
