On an Insight server (3.14 patch 14), an ethernet panel shows offline on System Profile occationally. But I can ping or telnet to the panel on the server. Restarting the ASYNC service could get it back online, but it may unlatches after a while. On Windows Event Viewer, I found an Atlas CNS 10001 error with ms = 8b00006d regarding this panel.
