 Thanks for your suggestion,  But sinumerik 808D is designed all in one board ( HMI/PLC and NCK) picture attached for your reference. 

Now what exactly I want to know is which PLC is Integrated here and wich  software is needed to configure or diagnose.

you know, my answer was just like typical information to your initial question, some PLC HW can be also integrated inside electro box, this is clear with different CNC machines and is vissible as typical S7-300 PLC with modules, as example and my experience from many cfg. Therefore I've recommended to you ask your machine supplier about exact info and how to possible access some HW parts in case it is required. Manuals and machine exact type documentation is required here to have better look at things inside and cfg possibility. CNC machine is system which has many different HWs with different SW access (ToolBox, Simatic PLC SW,...), this is common situation.
