Can't change Topology at CU320. A01382: Topology

I'm facing the following problem: The engineer before me did not check the physical connection through Drive - Cliq, and uploaded the project to the drivers, then it turned out that the connection was mixed up. Now we can't reconfigure the drivers, can you tell me how to change the topology we need? Also, i tried Reset Memory at CU320. It doesnt work

He said "use drag and drop", which means "delete the old connections and do a drag and drop of the connection in the way you need it". It works always. Why shouldn't it work ? You obviously need to do this when offline. It is like when you change the topology of profinet. Same style.
