Client not connected on sys profile

BUT when you log onto a client and look at system profile they are closed? all clients and insight is running properly. Customer is just asking why it is open? any ideas anyone?

Jon Elling Posts: 26 Rating: (4)	Generally this is related to a windows firewall issue. Try shutting of the windows firewall. or make sure the Insight monitor service is running.

Jon Elling Posts: 26 Rating: (4)	I am not sure if you meant the firewall is turned off and that the monitor service is running. You wrote that the monitor service is not running. The Insight Monitor service must be running for the latches to close.
