Dear all,

I'm working with TIA V19 and have to operate a Confort panel V2 6AV2124-0UC02-0AX1.

The panel has FW17.0.0.6 and TIA V19 propose 17.0.0.0 and ask me at download to downgrade to 17.0.0.0

I can't install the panel images because WinCC advanced V17 is mandatory to install the images.

So, I tried to follow the instructions proposed in the forum and downloaded the image 17.0.0.0 but  now I'm blocked without knowing what to do with it. 

Can anybody help me to downgrade it without installing V17.

Hello everyone,

It is not enough to make the firmware up/dwngrade with prosave on the TP.

The pc must also have the files in a certain directory, otherwise TIA refuses to download. Those files are placed automatically with the executable for images. In my case it doesn't work as TIA V17 isn't installed. The explanation from the siemens website are so confused for me that I didn't manage to do it. But in fact the solution is quite simple if you know the procedure. The Helpdesk guided me and now it's ok.

If someone needs the procedure, let me know and I will put in this forum.
