anup.abhyankar Member Joined: 8/10/2012 Last visit: 10/25/2024 Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have Simotion D435 controller with Firmware V4.1 Integrated sinamics V2.6.2 I am using Scout V4.4 HF2 Whenever I download a project I get one error "version check of TP CAM is negative" What are the possible causes for this? Also If I want to check firmware of D410 controller without using scout then what are possible ways? Please help

Do you load the project via PROFIBUS or ETHERNET? Are you PC direct connected to the SIMOTION? Version: You can open the WebServer of the Simotion D and check the FW or you open the Dignostic Buffer in SIMATIC MAnager. Regards Christoph

Please take a look in the dignostic buffer auf the simotion if there are more informations. can you go online to the simotion after the error or must you power off the SIMOTION? Regards Christoph

Or you can try the following: load the project offline to you HDD copy the USER folder from the HDD to the root of the CF Card put the CF Card in the simotion D and power on Regards Christoph
