Hi Mr Vithani;

We was using at first MM420 and we change it to MM440 because of this fault F0002 (in module of the compressor it makes the default: overload motor,fan)

Butwe are facing this fault F0002 in the MM440.The appilcation is 2 fans of 4KW in compresoor Atlas Copco. and we have to use th BOP to rearm this fault (we could not rearm it from the module of the compressor), anyway.

I was using this parameters (9823-3974-92 00 2x4 400V.dnl) and because I found the input voltage of the customer equale to 380V, I change the parameters to (9823-3974-91 00 2x4 380V.dnl) so P0210 changed from 400V to 380V , but the problem still shows.

here are some parameters:

ramp-down time P1121 = 40s and ramp-up time P1121 = 15s

OFF3 ramp-down time P1135 = 5s

Configuration of Vdc controller P1240 = 1Vdc-max controller enabled

I read that :Higher inertia requires longer ramp times; otherwise, apply braking resistor .

what does it mean? Must I increase ramp-down time P1121, and what will affect?

Last question, according to what I have to choose the value of the DBR!! Or I have to contact SIEMENS agency to help me!!?

FYI: my MM440 Controls two motors (fans) of 4KW in parallel.
