To connect your PAC 3200 to a Profibus netwok, you need the following Profibus expansion module mounted on the energy meter: 7KM9300-0AB01-0AA0. See the screenshot below. The gsd file for a PAC 3200 only exists for this module.

But I need the gsd for model 3220. I already have the 3200. We are working in profinet.

From ypur original post,  how could we détermine you are working with Profinet? A gsd file is required for Profibus networks, for Profinet you need a gsdml file:
