For all those who are having an issue and same error message as mentioned above I solved using following steps I faced an issue with TIA 17 update 5
https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109746530 2. I also downloaded Imaged of TIA 17 update 4 . I am using KP700 comfort 3. Retrieved update 4 and update 5 image in D drive in any folder 4. Copied Updated 5 to C Drive below location C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V17\Data\Hmi\Transfer\17.0\Images\CP_7_9\CP_ 7_9_12_V17_0.fwf 5. Make sure TIA is closed. Open SIMATIC Prosave and select device type, connection and IP address 6. In OS update tab select Update 4 Firmware from D drive and update OS 7 Once OS is successfully updated open TIA and download program. Make sure you are only on ONE network. Either Profinet or Wi-Fi 8. Once you select TIA will ask for below message 9.Select all and TIA will auto update firmware in HMI from C drive and download runtime program. |
