Could anybody help me to find HSP  s71200 v4.5 for TIA16.

I purchased new controller 6ES7214-1HG40-0XB0 with firmware v.4.5.0 inside

But similar controller which I can see in my TIA16, with latest frm, is v.4.4.

Split from S7-1200 FW 4.XX HSP.

There is no HSP for V4.5 in TIA V16.

If you want to all functions of V4.5 you need TIA V17.

But you can work with TIA V16 an d a CPU with firmware V4.5x.

2-To configure the SIMATIC S7-1200 CPUs version 4.5 and higher it requires the Engineering System Step7 with version V17.0 and higher, Basic or Professional. SIMATIC Step7 Safety Basic or Advanced V17 is required for Failsafe CPU types.

3-An S7-1200 CPU with version 4.5 is replacement compatible with an S7-1200 and firmware version 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3  and  4.4. This enables the use of a real existing CPU with firmware version 4.5 with an engineered V4.0, V4.1, V4.2, V4.3 or V4.4 based on an existing TIA portal older versions project. The new firmware features cannot be used in that case.

Are there any ways to downgrade cpu firmware till v.4.4?

You must not downgrade the firmware.

Make a V16 project with a your selected PLC that have the firmware version V4.4.

It's no problem to transfer the project to the PLC with V4.5.x.

Thanks. Tomorrow will check again to download the project.

But as I remember(forgot to make print screen) there was some fatal error during download procedure of the project for frm v.4.4 which was interrupted the procedure.

Nevertheless, I will check and then revert.
