Hello,

I have a IOT2050 6ES76470BA001YA2 I need to setup for evaluation.

Following the guidelines in SIMATIC_IOT2050_Setting_up_V1.1.pdf I have flashed IOT2050_Example_Image_V1.1.1 on a SD card, and then powered up the device.

From that point I have 2 issues

- It's not possible to reach the device on specified address 192.168.200.1/24 . I've put a raspberry on the same network for tests at 192.168.200.10/24 and it can be reach correctly, so it's not a network setup issue on my side

- then I'm pluging the display and keyboard to setup directly the network, but then it's impossible to logon with default values root/root

Is there something I missed ? I'm used to setuping raspberry with a similar process, never had some much trouble.

Hello,

thank you for your answer, problem is solved, it was an advanced version booting on internal ROM, so the initial setup process was different and required connection to the terminal, which is not very convenient.
